The Bruges Beer Experience covers all of it — the raw materials, the brewing process, the yeast that does the distinctive work, the glassware matched to each style, and the food pairings — across three floors with an audio guide in several languages, including a children's route.
The tasting bar on the top floor looks directly onto the Markt and the belfry, which is the best view included with any ticket in the city.
