Arte Museum is a Korean immersive media franchise, and the New York branch follows the format established in Jeju and Seoul: large projection-mapped rooms with generative visuals, spatial sound and scent, arranged as a sequence of environments — waterfalls, forests, beaches, gardens, night skies — that visitors walk through and photograph.
The work is created by d'strict, a Seoul studio best known for the Wave, the enormous public LED installation in Gangnam. The visuals are technically accomplished, and the scale is the point: floor-to-ceiling projection across mirrored rooms produces genuine disorientation.
